Since 2012, David Watters has served in the New Hampshire Senate representing Barrington, Dover, Somersworth, and Rollinsford in District 4. From 2008 to 2012, David served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Strafford's 4th district. Before devoting his time to public service, David taught literature and history courses at the University of New Hampshire. He and his wife, Jan, reside in Dover, and their son Harper, lives in Houston.
